Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from McMaster University and Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering from Conestoga College. He began his career as an Assistant Property Manager for a large apartment leasing company. He advanced to Engineering Technologist positions for various engineering consultants providing Civil, Environmental and Geotechnical engineering consulting services for public and private land development projects.
In 2020 Nathan started as a Technical Program Coordinator for a local municipality, charged with reviewing permit and land development applications in addition to contributing to large scale maintenance and capital expenditure programs.
In 2021, Nathan joined SAM as a Project/Property Manager, working to develop and maintain the commercial properties within the portfolio. His primary goals are to coordinate construction efforts, maintain schedules and budgets, and facilitate possession by tenants. Once the construction is complete, Nathan manages the site, ensuring retail partners are satisfied, and maintaining the property through annual maintenance programs.
